I had to pay $60 for a tiny amount of pheromones. That is when I started researching who sells the most legit top pheromones for men. The Athena Institute founded by Dr. Cutler is regarded as one of the best pheromones on the market.
There was a later study of pheromones for women that produced similar results. The percentages were exactly the same. They were having people fill out journals of examples of men approaching them. It would lead you to think you will get 10x the results with it than without it. It works for straight men and women. It has never been tested on same sex partners.
Top pheromone bioassays
Bioassays have been developed to test the role of Nasonov pheromone components in the three main behavioural contexts in which bees release the pheromone, i.e. when foraging, when marking the entrance to their nest, and when in a swarm that is forming a cluster.
Pheromone cluster formation
A bioassay used to test the effectiveness of different components in attracting clustering bees employed a roundabout with arms 50 cm long that rotated at one revolution per minute. Boch and Shearer (1963) found that, on average, the amount of secretion present increased with the age of the bees. Newly emerged bees had no geraniol; there was about 0.3 pg per bee when they were guards (10-17 days) and about 1.0 ug per bee (maximum 1.5 ug) when they began to forage (18-20 days). In spring, as the colony population grew, bees had more geraniol than in the winter. These results were conﬁrmed by Pickett ez al., 1981; however, whereas they too found that in March and April the amount of geraniol increased, the amount of (E,E)-farnesol remained the same as in January, and also (unlike geraniol) the amount of farnesol did not steadily increase with age after the ﬁrst week of life. This suggests that the farnesol component may have a different function to the geraniol component; this is supported by experimental work (pages 125, 126 and 127).
Changes in pheromone amount appear to be associated with structural changes in the glandular cells (Vecehi, 1960). It would be interesting to compare the onset of Nasonov gland exposure in the life of a bee with the quantity and composition of Nasonov pheromone present.
No studies have been made of the composition of the Nasonov pheromone of A pis species other than Apis melltfera.
